| Mr. Schacht's Classes Last updated: 1/31/2012
Mr. Schacht is the head of the Science Department and teaches the following classes:
Physical Science (Sets 1,4,5,8)
For the week of Jan 30-Feb 3 the students will be finishing their research for the element project/presentation. Students were given a handout which explains the project. Presenations will begin Wednesday Feb 1 for sets 5,8 and Thursday for sets 1,4. Students have their due date for their presentation. A paper may be done for extra credit.
Environmental Science (Set 6)
For the week of Jan 30-Feb 3 the students will be working in groups on topics from Chapter 1. We are looking at current environmental issues and problems.
Pre-Algebra (Set 3)
For the week of Jan 30-Feb 3 the students will be working on Chapter 4 assignments #9-12 on the assignment sheet. A quiz will be given on Monday with assignment #10 due Thursday and #11 due Friday.
